Meet Our Staff
We have a diverse and dedicated staff. Everyone here at AAE works hard to insure all departments communictae a run smoothly.
Linda Roberts is the BOSS! She is in charge of personnel and accounts payable, she is both HR and AP! Linda strives to take care of the employees and all of the company’s business partners. Linda has an accounting and bookkeeping background having done accounting related activities for multiple business over the past thirty years. Linda also manages the local pharmacy, Wiley’s pharmacy and has done so for nearly twenty years. Linda is a cook and practically every night of the week either family or friend is at her house eating something home cooked and delicious. Linda is also an avid reader and enjoys the “good ole” movies
Micah Roberts is in-charge of the fabrication shop and all production operations. Micah has installed hundreds of commercial millwork projects over the past seventeen years giving him hands on installation experience. This experience makes him a valuable asset to our customers when it comes to questions on their installation needs for their projects. Micah is a people person, making him an easy person to work with to get your project built and delivered on time. Micah is also a Baptist minister and holds the pastoral position at Altamont Baptist Church. Micah is an avid outdoors man that loves to hunt most species of game. He is also a family man with four children, two girls and two boy
Stephen Roberts is in-charge of all materials purchasing. He works to keep our costs down so we can pass these savings along to our customers. He stays up on new materials and specification requirements for not only our projects but the industry as a whole. Like Micah, Stephen has close to twenty years of cabinetry and millwork installation; there is probably nothing he hasn’t seen or had to problem solve. Stephen is also certified in Swanstone and Granite fabrication & installation. In his spare time he enjoys gemming and rock tumbling – digging for and cleaning up pretty rocks, and some of these can be valuable.
Lee Harper is in-charge of estimating and project bidding. Lee has a different background than Micah and Stephen. Lee holds a BBA from Middle Tennessee State University (www.mtsu.edu) and an MBA from Regis University (www.regid.edu) and has 20 years experience in corporate management. Lee held corporate management positions at Carrier Corporation and Husqvarna before leaving to join All American Enterprises. Lee knows the competitive bidding process having worked on the customer’s side for so many years. Lee knows our customers have to make a profit as well as we do, making him the customers advocate at All American. Lee is a firearms enthusiast who owns a small firearms retail store, Volunteer Firearms (www.volunteerfirearms.com). Lee is has been married to Linda’s only daughter for close to 25 years and they have three children, all three girls
Jenny Roberts handles all billing and account receivable. Jenny also assists with the bidding and contract administration. Jenny holds a BBA in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University (www.mtsu.edu). Jenny held various levels of management positions at regional banks before deciding to work full time with All American Enterprises in 2009. Jenny and Micah have been married for almost 20 years, since he works in the fabrication shop and she in the office their marriage should continue! Jenny enjoys scrapbooking, photography, and is an extreme coupon hunter. Couponing is essential when you are raising four children.
Betty came to All American Enterprises in 2009. She heads up the Shipping Department. She also handles freight logistics and fleet maintenance.
Micheal is in Engineering. He is one of our CAD/CAM specialists. Michael uses engineering software to draw and analyze building plans and material takeoffs
